Gateway Finance Services pty ltd, referred to as “Gateway” was established in 2005 to bring a higher level of service to customers looking for finance.
Gateway holds an Australian Credit Licence (ACL 394960). Gateway is regulated by the Australian Securities & Investments Commission ASIC.
Gateway is a member of the “afca” Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited ABN 38 620 494 340.
Gateway is a Full Member of the “MFAA” Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia.
We are required by law to ensure that any credit product with which we assist you can be deemed “not unsuitable” for you. In simple terms, this means that the product fits your needs and that you can afford to meet the financial repayments. (see Gateways Credit Guide for a full description)
We may charge a fee for service but you will be informed beforehand & a written “QUOTE” will be given to you.

At Gateway Finance Services p/l, we always work hard to build strong and lasting relationships with our valued customers.
We know there are times when you may wish to compliment us on something we have done well and other times when you may wish to tell us we have not met your expectations. You may have a Compliment, a Suggestion, a Strong Concern or even a Complaint.
The process is easy, simply contact us by one of the following,

- email us on; email@example.com (in the Subject box type “The CEO”)
- writing to; PO BOX 3815 RTC, QLD, 4230 (Addressed to the CEO)
In the case of a complaint, we will attempt to acknowledge it within 5 working days & resolve it to your satisfaction within 45 days.
